Terms and Conditions for Bootcamp Participation and Refund Eligibility

1. Complete the 16-Week Program

   You must successfully complete the entire 16-week Bootcamp program, including all modules and assignments.

2. Attendance

   Attend all live sessions. If you cannot attend, you must watch the recorded sessions in full.

   Participation in these sessions is crucial for your learning and development.

3. Exams and Assessments

   You must pass all required exams and assessments to demonstrate your understanding and proficiency in the course material.

4. 1:2:1 Coaching Sessions

   Complete the required number of one-to-one coaching sessions over a 12-month period as stipulated in the program guidelines.

5. CV and Cover Letter

   Create a CV and cover letter that meet the standards set by our coaches.

   These documents must be approved as fit for purpose for job applications.

6. Job Application and Interviews

   Provide verifiable evidence that you have applied for relevant roles and attended interviews.

   This includes submission of application receipts and interview confirmations.

7. Job Offer Conditions

   You must not have received any job offers for positions with salaries ranging from £20,000 to £50,000 as a Data Analyst within the specified period after completing the program.

8. LinkedIn Profile

   You are required to create, update, and maintain a LinkedIn profile that is professional and aligned with industry standards.

   This profile should be used actively for networking and job seeking purposes.

• If you have met all the above conditions and have not secured a qualifying job offer, you may request a refund.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the conclusion of the 12-month job search period post-program completion.

• All refund requests will be reviewed and are subject to approval based on the fulfillment of the outlined conditions.
